My name is Miia Soininen, I breed samoyeds with my mom under the name Winter day´s.
Our family consist of me, my mom Marja-Liisa & dad Niilo and my siblings Tommi, Niina and Noora and of course our dogs. Our kennel is situated in small village called Perniö in the Southern Finland. I live now in Toholampi with my common-law husband Jani and our son Nuutti. We have tree dogs with us: Peetu, Piina and Riesa.
Our Samoyeds share our everyday life as beloved family members, they do not live in separate kennel building. At the moment we have fife dogs at home: INT, FIN, EST, LV, LT, BALT & RUS CH, FINJW-04 Navarana “Nana”,
FIN Ch, EST, LV, LT, BALT & BLR JCH, BLRJW-07, FINJW-07 Snowmist Paint It Black “Peetu”, ESTJW-08, FINJW-08 Winter day´s Grand Sensation "Rosi", Unforgettable Winter day Chatanga "Piina" and Winter day´s Perfect One "Riesa". We also have co-owned bitch Winter day´s Pocket Edition "Siru", Siru lives in Perniö.
I have always been interested in dogs from my young age. I always care for my relations dogs and did many great things with them. Our first dog was Samoyed female INT, FIN, EST, LV, LT, BALT & RUS CH, FINJW-04 Navarana. Nana is a lovely girl who totally took our hearts. With Nana we have interested in dog shows. In these few years we have roam in many shows; Finland, Estonian, Latvia, Lithuanian, Russia, Belarussia, Sweden and England. In January 2007 a male puppy,

Winter day´s first litter saw daylight in august 2007. We are just in the beginning of our breeding work. But I hope that we could breed happy, healthy and breed-typical Samoyeds.
I could not imagine a life without these happy and smiling dogs any more. Must say samoyeds are not only the hobby but the way of life for me.
